  Being this was my first time here in Texas, from Pittsburgh. My Sister and I were staying at the Motel 6 right around the corner from the Church.
  We had no car and started walking the highway to find a group of Gentlemen in the parking lot of their Church. We approached them and asked directions to a store close by . They said about 1/2 mile down the highway. We thanked them when one of the Gentlemen (Retired Police Officer)
  offered us a ride.
  (Now normally I would never have taken a ride with a stranger).He drove us to and back and even dropped us off back at the Motel.
  II just want to say Thank you so much for being The Gentleman you are.
  I Will definitely stop by at one of your services when I come back to Texas.

  We have now attended the Dallas County Cowboy Church in Balch Springs for the third time today. It is such a fresh concept/style for us. People are plain ole people not putting on airs and it is absolutely wonderful. The minister, his name is Mike, not only preaches he also sings and sings well. His message he delivers every week is with conviction and with his down home personality, everyone seems to love it as I do. We will be going regularly until we decide if that is where we want to change our home church to. We have many and the one we have attended for years is closer but it is just not giving us what we want and one thing is the music. I like gospel, old gospel and am sick and tired of having to accept the contemporary Christian music, with really no other choice. We have loved our Sunday school at the church that is real close to our home but we are desiring more from the church services. I encourage you to visit a cowboy church, it may, or may not, be for you, but it is no doubt refreshing and is for a whole lot of the people.

  Easy peasy.....Gods word straight out of the bible without the dress up make believe folks. What you see and hear is honest and straight forward. You gotta check it out.
